COVID 19  Policies

1- Only by appointment
2- Face Covering/Mask is Mandatory
3- NO One is allowed to be waiting in waiting area.
4- Only person who has an appointment is allowed.
5- Only Debit/Credit Card is allowed.
6- If you are sick, please call us to reschedule free of charge

Monday – Friday; 9am -5pm
Saturdays; 9am -3pm
Closed on Sunday

Cancellation Policy

Our Spa kindly asks that you give us 24 hour notice of appointment change or cancellation to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.

When booking with a registered massage therapist we require a credit card on file, the card will not be charged upon booking. Failure to give 24 hour notice of cancellation will result in the charge of 50% of the treatment cost.

Spa Package Deposit

A 50% deposit is required for all spa packages and spa parties.

Valuables

Absolute Medi Spa will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Timeliness

Please note that all late arrivals may result in shortened services in order to properly serve other clients.

 

Taxes and Gratuity

Taxes are not included in service and treatment pricing. Gratuity is not required but appreciated.
